I create new and exciting flavors from preparation to delivery, bringing to your table a treat that you cannot resist. There is something special in every bite. Me and my crew try our best to keep a good and fresh quality of the product and we are focused in achieving our best to delight your paladar.
“Croissant de Paris,” arrived in Miami a year ago. Young but bold, we like to face challenges and we are determined to surpass your expectative because this is our passion. We are ready to try new things and grow. Our main goal is to cheer you up and make you happy with our delicious croissants.
I am Tamara from Cuba and I emigrated to Spain in 1997. In 2002, I started to work as a coffee maker in a bakery known for making the best croissant in Spain. Luckily for me, this was the best decision of my life because the owner and I decided to work side by side combining our professional skills. After years of partnership and learning from each other, I took a leap of faith and I decided to open the first Croissant de Paris in Barcelona, Spain. To seek for better opportunities and more challenges, I decided to move to Miami in 2016. At the beginning of my journey in the United States of America I worked for three years as an assistant in an office. However, destiny called me to follow my passion.
Finally, in July of 2019 I took the decision to follow my dream and I started to bake again, sharing my sweet gift with family and friends. This time my creations are different because they are combined with different flavors ranging from European, Latin, and American tastes. Moreover, in my preparations I use vegetable oil and organic sugar with the purpose of giving you a healthy product.
